Drawing upon her extensive experience, Dr. Bell has become an expert in guiding women towards balance and health in their daily lives. Beyond her dedication to women’s health, she has a profound interest in aesthetics, continuously expanding her knowledge through the exploration of innovative procedures and treatments. Her motivation stems from a deep-seated commitment to enhance the overall well-being of all individuals.
Over the past three years, Dr. Bell has undergone rigorous training in cosmetic surgical procedures, aligning her entire career towards providing exceptional outcomes for female patients. From closing abdominal incisions for aesthetically pleasing results to performing myomectomies to preserve the integrity and optimal functioning of the uterus for fertility, her skills extend to procedures such as ovarian cystectomies, vaginoplasty, labiaplasty, and perioneoplasty. Many of these female genital plastic cosmetic procedures are performed under tumescent anesthesia while the patient is awake. Moreover, she specializes in minimally invasive procedures for female urinary incontinence, conducted under local anesthesia, offering virtually painless experiences with minimal downtime. Notably, she stands as 1 of only 6 professionals in the US performing these procedures.
Dr. Bell also employs energy-based devices to address common issues of the female genital tract, delivering superior results for conditions like severe vaginal atrophy, lichen sclerosis, dyspareunia, vaginal laxity, and obstetrical trauma injuries. Her daily practice revolves around providing effective solutions for patients who have experienced these challenges, showcasing her commitment to advancing women’s health.

Youmans is an AANP Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her impressive educational journey includes advanced degrees from the University of Iowa, the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Chamberlain College of Nursing, and Park University.
Having practiced in diverse areas such as women’s health, family medicine, and behavioral health, Youmans has honed her ability to meet patients where they are and walk beside them on their journey to better health and confidence.
