How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps:
- Follow Memorial MedSpa on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok
- Like one of our giveaway posts/reels
- Comment which treatment you would choose: Microneedling or Chemical ProPeel
- Tag one friend in the comments
How the Winner Will Be Selected & Contacted
After the entry deadline on March 27, all eligible entries will be reviewed.
A winner will be selected at random. Before confirming the winner, we will verify that all entry requirements have been completed.
If the selected participant did not complete all required steps, a new winner will be randomly selected.
Participants must be 18 years or older and able to redeem treatment at Memorial MedSpa in Carthage, Illinois located at 630 Locust St.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform where they entered on April 1. The winner must call Memorial MedSpa at 217-357-6560 to confirm acceptance of the prize and schedule their appointment. If the winner doesn’t reply within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected.
The winner will only be contacted by our official Memorial MedSpa account. We will never request payment information to claim a prize.
The winner may be asked to share a testimonial about their experience receiving this complimentary treatment at Memorial MedSpa. The winner may choose if this testimonial is in written format, photographed, or recorded on video. Testimonial will be collected at the time of the service.
